A friend and I decided to stop by there today for lunch, and we were not disappointed! I had the Beef Brisket and he had the Rib Ends. My brisket was so tender I didn't need to use my knife to cut it. I have never seen beef so tender. The rib ends were the same; incredibly tender and super tasty. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant if you like BBQ.

Got the platter to share with friends on a game night and by the end of the night we were all covered in the amazing bbq sauce. Good ribs, awesome corn bread, meat! Enough said.

Decent bbq place, problem is all their stuff tastes fine but usually tough. Chicken was a bit over cooked and dry, brisket is tasty but doesn't shred the way it should. Sauces are nice and tangy but once again always missing a bit of seasoning. Good value in the platters for the amount of food you get and nice to share. Ribs are quite good. Sides are the best part of the experience.

Great place to eat! The food is very filling and delicious! Would definitely recommend eating here for all ages.

I tried this place once with a friend and I am obsessed since then. I love the excellent ambience and tasty dishes and beverages. 5 stars from me.

I tried this place for dinner and it was pretty good. I would recommend it. Its somewhat in between a sit down restaurant and fast food like where you seat yourself but you are served the food and drinks and pay at the til when you are done. Didn’t know what to really get so we went with the Memphis feast platter. It says its good for 3-4 people but the food was definitely enough for upto 6. There was only 3 of us but we had a bunch of leftovers. The different types of sauce were really good. I would eat here again. Staff was friendly and there was a steady stream of people eating and also picking up food!

Maybe north Edmonton’s best kept secret. Incredible smoked ribs.. highly recommend the rib ends if you like the white bones.Great friendly service and fast service.

This place is a hidden gem! Great value for the money, service was second to none and amazing Catfish & Brisket. I highly recommend this place and I'm coming back to try more soon. Wow i wish i could give more than 5 stars!

This place is amazing. The staff are amazing and will explain anything. The prices are pretty fair, considering you get a lot of food. I've only ever had positive experiences here.

always mouth watering falling off the bone tender warm place with excellent food music and tv. great for the family or for a beer with the boys. have visited often and will continue to do so for many more times. staff are warm and friendly which adds to the entire experience. if you havnt gone get a group and go for the sampler pack as it has something for everyone and you wont be disappointed. can get catfish too lol

I've been to many restaurants in Edmonton and this one has a great spin on food. Everything has great flavors of there own from sauces to rubs and spices. Will be back for sure for Calamari and Beef Brisket.

Went to Memphis Blues to try out the Barbeque that Edmonton had to offer, and was definitely not disappointed. My wife and I got the Memphis Platter to share and as you can see, it was a lot of food. But it gave us the pleasing experience of getting to try everything in one go. The rib ends and double smoked sausage were almost entirely gone before we decided to pack the rest up so that we could try some of their delicious pecan pie.My favourite of the sides was definitely the beans, they even had bits of brisket and rib in it which just added to the flavour.I would definitely eat her again next time we come to Edmonton, and I recommend it to anyone who is in the area.

This restaurant is my favorite site. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this restaurant. when I I need a good supper, this is the place that comes straightaway to my mind. superb and all kinds of food and a rich menu.professional staff, and agreeable spirit. Also important, the tariff is reasonable. I suggest this spot with no hesitation.

Even the fries were great! Nice selection of drinks, from sodas w/cane sugar to Bourbon. What comes out of their on-site smoker is the real attraction. And it's all delivered with a smile. I'll definitely be back.

Came here for lunch with my dad and boyfriend. I couldn’t wait to make this review due to the fact the food is absolutely AMAZING. Everything from the fries, beans, to the meat, oooohhhh the meat. Pulled pork and brisket were tender and full of flavour. Customer service was great as well. I highly recommend this place!

This spot never fails to impress. They have great dishes for convenient rates, there are no long waits even when they are loaded.

The food is regularly fresh and yummy, workers hands out good customer service. I like how neat it is and vibes. Will visit here again.

I’ve tried most of the bbq places in Edmonton and this place is pretty good. I didn’t like the brisket that much, but I’ll probably give them another try as well. The fries are so good, I would almost go just for the fries.

The food is fantastic, so flavorful & good sized portions. So five stars for that, however, I must say, the customer service was absolutely incredible! I ordered through skip the dishes & was met with a phone call expressing concern about an item that was left behind. Without hesitation, he asked for my address to personally deliver the missed item. I met his offer with a, "you really don't have to," and he was adamant on correcting his, "error," as he put it. I live all the way in St. Albert and he followed through with a friendly attitude & an additional dessert to more than make up for the error. It was also a really cruddy day to be driving, but that didn't stop him.I normally don't write reviews unless I am thoroughly impressed, and Justin, you've certainly got my recommendation. I'll be a return customer and send people your way. Thank you. :)

I had a wonderful at this place. We loved the nice environment and the meals. The staff members are very friendly. I’m content we finally managed to visit here.

Best part is as long as you ask for the BBQ sauce on the side the meat is all gluten free!!

Nice place. Food was good, reasonably priced and the staff were friendly. 5 stars would be given if there was a children's menu. We will be back.

The BBQ pork poutine was my favourite and The RIBS.. oh my.. YES! Both my picky eater kids love eating there. Friendly service. Great atmosphere. Recommended!

Tasty and American-sized portions. I wasn't a huge fan of the nachos, but honestly I think that's just me. They got the chips to stay crunchy despite the sheer volume of toppings - that alone deserves 5 stars. I will definitely get the beef brisket next time, it was ungodly good. Great staff too, they were super nice and friendly. I tip my hat to you guys.

This spot obviously knows how to treat their customers. Regularly with a welcoming mindset. The food is conveniently priced, constantly delightful and neat.

Ordered through skip after reading fellow reviews and unfortunately was not a fan, everything including the potato salad/beans tasted very bland and almost too plasticity and stale. The sauce for the ribs packaged separately was alright at best but non the less the ribs themselves were overly dry and also very stale tasting. Just not my favorite meal to have unfortunately and could not finish it all.

I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and had it delivered via door dash. While I was eating it I found this which I can only describe as gristle. It looks like skin or something. Pretty gross to say the least. Other than that the sandwich was good and so was the corn bread.

Awesome food and great service. I had the brisket sandwich and my husband had the shrimp po-boy. We will definitely be back!

So, months ago we went in and had a 3 out of 5 star experience. It was fine, but not exceptional (but we don’t remember why it was merely fine). We tried them again and were very pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed our experience much better this time. The portions were large and the taste was awesome. The server was excellent and very friendly with a big smile on his face and very engaging without being intrusive. We will definitely be returning.

Well if I had fo rate the food on a 1-10 scale I'd give it a solid 9.8. The Brisket was perfect (which is a near impossibility) the ribs were good and the pulled pork and sausage were a home run, the salad wasnt worthy of a meh, but it's a BBQ joint so thats only worth knocking off .2 of a point. All in all unreal deal and meal!

The food was ok for it coming out of a heated table. The coleslaw looked old so I didn’t eat it. We were a bit confused with the dining concept here. We sat down we had a waiter, brought us our food and drinks. We waited for him to come back so we could pack up with what was left only to find out there is a table of containers by the entrance as you walk in to do it yourself. It was a bit odd. The brisket was delicious but I prefer fresh food restaurants.

The beer selection was very good, the wee angry scotch ale was very good. I loved the shrimp starter and the fries which were nicely seasoned. The ribs were a bit dry, but the portion size was very good.

Friends, this is the place to go for some comfort BBQ. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere.The brisket sandwich is one of my favorites. Always get it with the beans and slaw with a lemonade. Corn bread is also delightful

Amazing food with really great staff. Their family platter is a fantastic deal and highly recommended. The smoke flavor is evident as is their passion for this food. I would absolutely recommend anybody to check this out that has any desire for some delicious barbecue food!

Very tasty BBQ, platters are great value

Some time in the last few years, I think, management changed? Either way, definitely for the better. Been here a few times and ordered one of their platters, but now you can order food by the pound! If you want 19 pound of only brisket, then you can have it! 19 is a bit much, but you get it.
